Here's our lovely Maisey, as drawn during our live streaming sessions over the last couple of evenings.  Nice to see her again, isn't it?

  1. A nice piece, and I mean that in all of it's myriad connotations... Nice distribution of values here, with the pillows, hair and foreground sheets slightly lighter, complemented by the more dusky middle ground sheets, bedposts, and wall, all nicely interlocked around the figure, "binding" her just as effectively as the ropes. The soft value changes on her figure are especially beautiful and effective as well in their subtle nature.

The black paddle creates a great secondary focal point, leading the eye up from the figure, then around to the right via the bedposts, and back to the figure via either the post rope or down along her upper arm. Of course, all the sheet folds lead the eye essentially front and center as well...

Indeed, it is nice to see her again! She continues to wear the ropes well, and everything else..
